Atlantyca Lab, a division of Atlantyca Entertainment, has partnered with Forge Reply to develop a mobile game based on the award-winning gamebook series Lone Wolf by Joe Dever.

The choose-your-own-adventure-style series, currently 28 titles strong, allows readers to participate in the story by making plot choices. Forge Reply and Atlantyca Lab, which owns the Lone Wolf IP, plan to develop a new digitorial (digital plus editorial) adaptation of the series that will combine interactive text with 3D combat scenes and puzzles.

The “Lone Wolf” mobile gamebook will be based on a new story by Dever that will follow Lone Wolf, a cadet in a monastic order of warriors, as he defends his home from the forces of evil embodied by the Darklords of Helgedad.

Atlantyca and Forge Reply plan to debut the mobile game in October 2013.
