Pet parents can now get their dog toys similar to their kids’ with the new

Fisher-Price

collection, now available in stores and online at

PetSmart

. Items aim to target specific developmental needs with teething, calming and interactive toys that support a growing pup.

“Pet parents will do anything for their pets and we are increasingly providing them with more

humanized products and services,” says Kristin Shane, senior vice president and chief merchandising officer, PetSmart. “This one-of-a-kind collection is giving them the chance to be the very best dog mom or dad. This new and exciting partnership provides a nostalgic and fun way for pet parents to engage with their pets through toys reminiscent of the ones they grew up playing with and loving.”

The full PetSmart Fisher-Price Pets collection can be found in stores and on PetSmart.com and includes the following toys:

● Sound Bites: The classic Fisher-Price Xylophone has new twists: the instrument’s keys are boneshaped and the toy is

made of soft materials to keep a puppy occupied and soothed. The plush toy also is preset with everyday household noises, like doorbells and alarm beeps, to help normalize those sounds for dogs.

● Attack-A-Stack Chase & Toss Toy: The Rock-a-Stack ring toy has become a toy for pups. Rings can be removed from the rope holder and tossed or rolled around and the rope doubles as a tug toy. Like its human counterpart, the stackable rings encourage different ways to play and interact, encouraging mental and physical activity.

● Pull Along Rocket: This staple has become a rope toy with fabric tails to tease dogs’ prey drive for added mental stimulation and fun.
