Pet product manufacturer G Mason Group has signed a multi-year licensing agreement with DuPont to use the Kevlar brand and material in its pet toy collection.

DuPont and G Mason Group collaborated over several months co-developing a proprietary construction for durable plush toys that exceeds the industry standard.

“Kevlar is a brand well-known for its strength, durability and versatility,” says Bruno Bezerra, consumer brand licensing business leader, DuPont Safety. “Through this collaboration with G Mason, we had the opportunity to leverage the power of the brand and material to develop an innovative solution for plush pet toys, bringing a tough and more durable product to this market.”

“Our industry has been craving a solution for durable plush toys, and I am ecstatic to be able to partner with a best-in-class company like DuPont to make this a reality,” says Gregory Jemal, chief executive officer, G Mason Group. “This is a true innovation of product, appealing to the roughest and toughest

of pets out there.”
