Paddington

will continue his role as the face of educational fundraising products for

UNICEF

, through Paddington's Postcards, advent calendars and Paddington's Parcels.

The postcards are now available in four languages (English, German, Italian and Norwegian) and more than seven territories around the world, including the U.K., Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Germany and Norway, with further announcements expected in 2023.

With Paddington's Postcards, children receive personalized postcards from Paddington himself and gift packs to discover how their peers and animals live in other countries.

"UNICEF teams work around the clock to build a better world for every child, every day, everywhere," says Jon Sparkes, chief executive officer, UNICEF U.K. "We work with families, local communities, organizations and governments in more than 190 countries to help every child realize their full potential. We couldn't do this without the generous contributions of our supporters. That's why

we are very grateful for Paddington's ongoing support of our work and endless efforts to inspire, empower and educate thousands of other children."

Other products, such as Paddington's Parcels and Advent Calendars, help UNICEF spread Christmas cheer to children. Each advent calendar enables UNICEF to provide 24 gifts, such as blankets, school supplies and vaccines for children. Paddington's Parcels is a virtual box of supplies followed by a special thank you from Paddington. The bear helps empower children and young people every year with UNICEF UK's Outright campaign.

'We are so proud to see the great impact Paddington's collaboration with UNICEF has had since the beginning of the partnership in 2017," says Sophie Kopaczynski, chief executive officer, The Copyrights Group. "With Paddington's Postcards, we were able to create a meaningful product that speaks to children and families around the world, allowing us to support UNICEF and spread Paddington's superpower: the power of kindness."
