Bioworld and the Children’s Health Medical Center have partnered to support patients who bravely fight against illness and injury.

The charitable team-up came from Bioworld organization ThinkHow, which produced and donated special capes to the Children’s Health Medical Center.

Bioworld doubled cape donations this year to 10,000 in total, with “side-kick” capes going to siblings and parents. Along with the capes, the licensee hosted a slate of events on Nov. 7 and 8, including a “How to Draw a Superhero” event at both Children’s Health Medical Centers in the Dallas Fort-Worth area. The event saw kids create their own superheroes through a menu of options, including costumes, abilities and themes. It was also live-streamed to children who were confined to their room and could not attend in person.

Bioworld has continually been chosen as one of the top licensees in the field. The company was named one of the 2019 Leading Licensees by License Global.
