OzzFest, a global touring hard rock music festival launched by Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, has announced its full artist lineup, along with a first look of its OzzFest experience.

Ozzy Osbourne, Motörhead, Megadeth, Black Label Society, Skid Row and Britoff will be topping the bill as confirmed acts as OzzFest enters the metaverse.

Developed by Global Merchandising Services and Sutter Systems, the event will take place in Decentraland from Nov. 10-13 with its own dedicated land parcel including two stages as part of the Metaverse Music Festival, Ozzfest will be free for all to attend, with no VR, ticket or headset required.

The festival will also include VIP viewing access and free wearable merchandise exclusively for Ozzy Osbourne’s NFT CryptoBatz holders. These will be redeemed via main stage “Potion Stations” where CryptoBatz NFT holders will be able to “take a potion,” transform into a bat and fly to a private balcony to watch the shows from a closer viewpoint. This is in addition to claiming free, exclusive wearables.

Unlike previous IRL festivals, the stage for Ozzfest in the metaverse is set in a gothic castle with an OzzFest logo emblazoned on the front.

“I'm thrilled to be bringing OzzFest to the metaverse,” says Ozzy Osbourne. “This allows me and the other bands on the bill to reach our fans in a new innovative way.”
