NFT sensation to launch consumer products and experiences.

Following its launch, NFT project Okay Bears is now set to venture into the retail world after appointing IMG as its exclusive global licensing representative.  

“Okay Bears has shown that NFTs can be a powerful tool of mobilization and empowerment, creating a global community that exudes positivity and support,” says Bruno Maglione, president, licensing, IMG. “Their brand message and values have resonated with people across the world, and we plan to ensure these are celebrated and reflected in a range of creative collaborations and products as we work with Okay Bears towards elevating online and offline cultures together.” 

IMG will work with Okay Bears to facilitate collaborations across all categories that reflect the brand’s values and provide Okay Bears’ global community with products and experiences.  

Launched in April 2022, Okay Bears had $18 million sales in 24 hours, generating more trading volume than any individual Ethereum project for the first time in NFT history. Since then, the blue-chip NFT collection has continued to surge in popularity, clocking $150 million in total trade volume and transcending Web3 to become a community-centric, globally recognized brand. The collection features 10,000 diverse bears, all rallying behind the brand’s message – “We’re All Gonna Be Okay.”

Since its launch, Okay Bears has collaborated with NBA athlete Lonzo Ball and official NBA supplier Wilson, and organically attracted a wide range of celebrities from “Game of Thrones” and FaZe Clan, to actors, models and Olympians.
