Banijay Brands Announces New Licensees for 'Simon’s Cat'

"Simon's Cat” has signed a raft of licenses across fashion, crafting, phone accessories, puzzles and accessories, and has announced ZenWorks as brand agents in Japan.

Digital content brand “Simon’s Cat” is joining forces with Fashion UK for a range of ladies’, men’s and kids’ apparel, with additional accessories and essentials for the U.K. buyer. Wulydermy is bringing a range of craft kits to the U.K. Ecell will launch “Simon’s Cat” phone covers later this year. Heye has already seen success with its 1,000-piece puzzles. Pinfinity is creating a range of augmented-reality-enhanced pins and badges and Dr. Woof has signed a deal for branded medical and clinical apparel.

“Simon’s Cat is such a lovable brand that resonates with fans all around the world,” says Jane Smith, group director, brand licensing, Banijay. “The extensive licensing program, that continues to expand, is testament to its enduring popularity.”

“Simon’s Cat” is also heading into collaboration with Rubik’s Cube and bespoke apparel drops in a partnership with Spring.

The brand is building its footprint in new territories, with ZenWorks representing “Simon’s Cat” in Japan following a successful run of collabs with apparel specialists Quanshang in China.
