NORTH AMERICA–Fashion designer Anna Sui has teamed up with the AI marketing platform Snaps and Macy’s brand INC International Concepts to launch an exclusive chatbot experience on Facebook Messenger to promote the designer’s fall collection.

Through the experience, shoppers will receive personalized notifications and will have the opportunity to explore looks and buy products directly in the chat. The chatbot experience will also feature an exclusive emoji keyboard to showcase Sui’s latest collection.
