Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products (NVCP) will expand its portfolio with new apparel and accessory lines created for Nickelodeon's hit series, “The Naked Brothers Band.” The new deals at the MAGIC Marketplace Trade Show in Las Vegas. The line of apparel based on the smash “rockumentary” joins a Nickelodeon-fueled roster of apparel licensing success stories including “SpongeBob SquarePants,” “Dora the Explorer,” “Go, Diego, Go!,” “Avatar,” and “The Backyardigans.”

Highlighting the announcements will be an exclusive limited-edition T available this fall from clothing retailer Lucky Brand Jeans. Marking the first time that NVCP has partnered with Lucky, the new line of T-shirts will be available in both boy’s and girl’s sizes and will be available nationwide at Lucky Brand Jeans stores where Lucky Brand Kid is sold—and LuckyBrandjeans.com. Lucky will also be selling the upcoming The Naked Brothers Band CD when it is released Oct. 9.

Additionally, NVCP announced product lines from a who’s who of top-tier licensees including Briefly Stated (sleepwear/loungewear), High Intensity (costume jewelry, hair accessories, cell phone charms, bag clips), Dream Apparel (sleepwear/loungewear), and Accessory Network (notebooks, journals, backpacks and stickers). The first wave of apparel will hit specialty retailers beginning this fall and expand to all tiers in 2008.
