Surge Sings the Blues with B.B. King Licensing Deal

Deal includes the U.S. rights to King’s likeness and select songs and lyrics he created.

Surge has signed a deal with B.B. King Music Company to distribute a line of B.B. King merchandise, including t-shirts, hats and other products.

The deal includes King’s likeness as well as approved songs and lyrics relating to the artist’s catalog. The agreement provides Surge exclusive U.S. rights to distribute products to neighborhood stores, convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas and tiendas through its SurgePays Retail Network.
