‘Sesame Street,’ The Wiggles Announce Musical Collaboration

Both brands recently celebrated milestones. Last year, “Sesame Street” marked its 50th season and The Wiggles celebrate 30 years of children's entertainment this year. The two children's brands previously joined forces on an updated version of The Wiggles' song, "

," on YouTube in November 2019.

ABCs of Moving You

" is a new version of the “Sesame Street” song sung initially with 

Usher

. In the updated video, Cookie Monster, Elmo and Abby Cadabby and The Wiggles dance and sing through the letters of the alphabet. Viewers can see custom versions of the music video on 

Sesame Street's

 and The Wiggles' YouTube channels. 

The second video is a reimagining of The Wiggles' song, "Fruit Salad," which will premiere in June. Starring The Wiggles – Anthony

"What better way to celebrate the 30th year of The Wiggles, and 50 years of ‘Sesame Street’ in Australia, than with a brand-new music video," says Jenny Gioia, vice president, multimedia programming, Sesame Workshop. "We had so much fun the first time around; we just had to reunite. We're thrilled to team up and provide new content on our YouTube channels for kids and their families to laugh, learn and sing with some of their favorite friends."
