
Brian Nolan will work to expand the division’s role in generating revenue streams while overseeing brand partnerships and sync licensing.

In his new role, Nolan will aim to expand the division’s role in generating and maximizing revenue streams. He will also play a significant role in breaking new and developing artists and enhancing Capitol Music Group’s marketing efforts on behalf of its established artists.
Nolan joins Capitol Music from Columbia Records/Sony Music, where he most recently served as vice president of international marketing. In that role, he led the international marketing campaign for David Bowie’s “Star” album. Prior to that, he was vice president of Sony Music’s in-house creative agency. He began his career working in the mailroom at BMG in 2002, a position he held for two years before beginning his 12-year tenure at Columbia Records/Sony Music.
