Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products (WBDGCP) has announced an expanded range of merchandise inspired by DC Studios’ upcoming movie “Superman,” from Writer/Director James Gunn. The new collection is released in numerous markets worldwide, timed to the debut of the film’s first teaser trailer. “Superman” will be in theaters and IMAX nationwide on July 11 and internationally beginning July 9, distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures.

The collection is available now online in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Poland. New designs are available across numerous categories, including premium posters, apparel, home decor, phone cases and accessories, and much more.

September’s issue of License Global spoke to WBDGCP about its plans for a consumer products rollout for the “Superman” movie.

Fortress of Solitude-inspired apparel brings out the DC Super Hero in everyone, while additional designs feature Superman and Krypto, along with Superman’s silhouette against the Superman S-Shield. The collection features the words “Take Me Home,” spoken by Superman in the new teaser trailer.

“Superman,” DC Studios’ first feature film to hit the big screen, is set to open in theaters worldwide this summer from Warner Bros. Pictures. In his signature style, James Gunn takes on the original superhero in the newly imagined DC universe with a singular blend of epic action, humor and heart, delivering a Superman who’s driven by compassion and an inherent belief in the goodness of humankind.

DC Studios heads Peter Safran and Gunn are producing the film, which Gunn directs from his own screenplay, based on characters from DC, Superman created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster.
