Studio Ghibli, Loewe Put On Clothing Collab

“My Neighbor Totoro” has a new Loewe collection.

Loewe and Studio Ghibli have released a collection dedicated to the 1988 film, “My Neighbor Totoro.”

Designed by Jonathan Anderson, creative director, Loewe, the capsule features the movie's protagonists on multiple apparel styles and accessories. The characters and fantasy landscapes seen in “My Neighbor Totoro” have been transformed into hand-painted motifs and prints featured throughout the collection. Items include t-shirts, hoodies and a range of leather accessories.

“There is a natural longing for heartwarming feelings right now,” Anderson told

. “When I think of a movie that affords me that kind of solace, speaking just as directly to a child as it does to an adult, that movie is ‘My Neighbor Totoro.’”

Totoro and company are printed on Loewe bags such as the Balloon, Puzzle and Hammock, in addition to leather pouches and wallets.
