U.K. broadcaster Five's preschool block Milkshake! will present a live concert with the Alton Towers Resort this summer called the "Milkshake! Workout Show." It will be fronted by presenters Derek Moran and Amy Thompson and feature preschool characters Fifi Forget-Me-Not and Bumble, Mr. Bump and Little Miss Dare Devil, and Noddy and Tessie Bear.
The show is produced in-house by Milkshake! and will run three times a day at the Alton Towers theme park from Aug. 9 to Sept. 3 with two daily performances at the Cloud Cuckoo Land Theatre and a final show at the Alton Towers Hotel during the evenings.
"We know that our young viewers love coming to our live events so we are delighted to be joining forces this summer with the Alton Towers Resort to bring our Milkshake! Workout show to the theme park and Resort hotels," says Nick Wilson, Five's director of children's programs.
