Brigit’s Bakery Launches Paddington Afternoon Tea Bus Tour
Tour takes visitors across London while snacking on some of Paddington’s favorite treats.
This October, Brigit’s Bakery has partnered with The Copyrights Group to launch the Paddington afternoon tea bus tour, taking families on a sightseeing tour of London aboard the double-decker Routemaster bus.
Paddington and Mrs. Bird will be telling families about some of the city’s most famous landmarks as each table comes with a built-in screen providing guests with a Paddington-guided animation of the tour of London. The bus will drive past some of Paddington's favorite landmarks, including Big Ben, The Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Hyde Park, Nelson’s Column, St Paul's Cathedral, Green Park, Piccadilly Circus and many more.
“We are delighted to be working with The Copyrights Group and Paddington,” says Philippe Bloch, chairman, Brigit’s Bakery. “It is an exciting addition to our fleet – the timing couldn’t be better and we are very excited to have this opportunity.”
While discovering the city, guests can enjoy a Paddington-themed afternoon tea including sweet and savory treats such as mini margarita pizzas, smoked salmon, cucumber pretzels, Paddington cookies, freshly baked scones and of course – marmalade sandwiches. All this completed with a Paddington travel cup to take home.
