New York Comic-Con offered pop-culture fans a week of panels, screenings, special events, and product releases Oct. 4-7.

The LEGO Group hosted a special presentation during NYCC that offered DC Comics fans a sneak peek at the upcoming video game “LEGO DC Super-Villains.”
“LEGO DC Super-Villains” was created by Warner Bros. Interactive and The LEGO Group. Related game developers, voice stars and executives provided an inside look at the first LEGO game to center on the villains of the DC Universe. The new game allows players to create and play as a super-villain that wreaks havoc. “LEGO DC Super-Villains” is set to be released Oct. 16.
Hasbro previewed products from upcoming releases including "Star Wars Resistance" and Transformer’s Bumblebee movie.
In anticipation of the Bumblebee movie, Hasbro presented new toys based on the film as well as the original G1 toys, which will hit shelves once again after 34 years. The team also introduced new figures from its Studio Series and Generations: War for Cybertron collection.
Hasbro also paired with Lucasfilm to discuss new items in the Hasbro Star Wars line. New "Star Wars Resistance" figures include renderings of Kaz, Torra, First Order stormtroopers, a stylized Poe Dameron and BB-8 and more.

Cosplay Central, a new feature brought out costumed star including Ivy Doom Kitty.
Cartoon Network Enterprises and Adult Swim previewed “Rick and Morty” confections.
The Anime Fest at NYCC x Anime Expo kicked off with food, manga, J-pop and other Japanese cultural experiences.
Funko announced a roster of NYCC exclusives that were released over the course of the show are select retailers. New figure collections include Pop! Movie Moment: Hulkbuster vs. Hulk at Walgreens.com; Pop! Television SNL-Doug Steve Butabi (2pack), Pop! Television: Supergirl – Supergirl, Pop! Harry Potter: Series 5 - Hermione (w/Sorting Hat), Pop! Television: Game of Thrones - The Creators (3 Pack) and more at Barnes and Noble and Pop! Television: Brady Bunch – Jan & George Glass (2 packs) and Pop! 20th Century Fox
20th Century Fox Consumer Products and condiment brand Sir Kensington cooked up a deal along with LA-based Chef Alvin Cailan to serve hungry guests “Bob’s Burgers”- inspired eats. Dual pop-up food carts will offer attendees a choice of “Team Bob” and “Team Louise” and offered unique burgers outside of Javits Convention Center throughout the convention. Menu items included the “Carrot on My Wayward Bun” (Team Bob) and “Natural Born Dillers” (Team Louise.)
Marvel hosted series of panels, costume contests as well as exclusive merchandise. New items includde superhero themed shirts, pins, comic books, soundtracks from the Avengers: Infinity Wars film and “Marvel Runaways Soundtrack; a gear fit for Mad Titan, a Thanos Deluxe Costumes hoodie, and more.
