LMCA has announced the addition of three senior directors to its North American brand development team.

The new senior directors bring a wealth of experience and expertise to LMCA, further enhancing the agency’s capabilities in brand development, strategic partnerships and delivering significant value.

With over 20 years of experience in the licensing and consumer goods industry, Lindsay Martinez is an expert in the North American market. She has held senior-level roles within licensors and worked on several of the world’s largest franchises. Martinez has extensive experience and accomplishments across business development, brand management, retail activations and global promotions and partnerships.

With a career spanning over 15 years, Inés Pacheco brings expertise in building brand programs across consumer products and media. She has spearheaded numerous lucrative brand partnerships and has worked in strategy, campaign launch and brand management for some of the most well-known media companies in the world, such as The Wall Street Journal and BuzzFeed.

Having enjoyed various roles in multiple Fortune 250 companies, including Coca-Cola and MillerCoors, Jeff Burrill has a history of working with some of the top global brands in a variety of marketing, sales and licensing-related roles. He has a record of driving significant brand growth and found his love of licensing as he led the commercial licensing sales team for Stanley Black & Decker.

“As our agency grows in North America and around the world, we are delighted to welcome these three remarkable licensing professionals to LMCA’s brand development team,” says Ciarán Coyle, president, chief executive officer, LMCA. “Their extensive industry experience and strategic insights will bolster our ability to deliver outstanding results for our global clients. This expansion signifies our commitment to providing the highest level of expertise and service.”

All three new hires will report to Ximena Duque, vice president brand development, North America.
