BOO Shop and Calendars are Coming Soon
Furry dog franchise lands more licensing deals.
Spotlight Licensing has announced BOO The World’s Cutest Dog, a franchise built on an actual Pomeranian dubbed the world’s cutest dog in 2011, has made two licensing deals. The deals are set to expand the franchise’s consumer products, engage existing customers and potential buyers and grow brand loyalty.
The first deal is with Threadless, an e-commerce company, for a BOO The World’s Cutest Dog shop. The shop will allow consumers to purchase print-on-demand products, such as T-shirts, tank tops, hoodies, leggings, socks, footwear, infantwear, buttons, stickers, stationery, skateboards, notebooks, puzzles, blankets, pillows and bath curtains.
The second deal is the renewal of Spotlight’s contract with Calendar Holdings for 2024-2025 wall calendars, mini and pocket calendars, pocket planners and 500-piece and 1,000-piece puzzles. Other BOO products can be found in Target, Amazon and some stationery stores, such as The Best Card Company.
“People love BOO and how happy BOO products make them feel,” says Carole Postal, president, Spotlight Licensing. “Our BOO licensing program has always been driven by fan demand so we are looking forward to working with Threadless and Calendar Holdings to provide fans with great BOO products they will really enjoy.”
Previously, BOO has partnered with Bare Tree Media for mobile messaging stickers, sticker photo apps and themes for iOS and Android.
