British heritage brand Laura Ashley has entered a partnership with Graham & Brown, a U.K.-based wallpaper designer and manufacturer, to develop a line of wallpaper featuring Laura Ashley’s prints. The wallpaper collection is available now on

lauraashleyusa.com

and online at Home Depot, Lowes, Bed Bath & Beyond and other national retailers.

A carbon-neutral company, Graham & Brown worked alongside Laura Ashley to create a line of 80 designs, including several bespoke murals. The wallpaper designs are inspired by the extensive Laura Ashley archives and offer a curated collection that coordinates with a variety of interior styles, including traditional, formal and cottage.

Designed to make wallpaper easy to install and peel off when it’s time for a change, the line features “paste the wall” technology making it simple for designers and DIY-ers to skip extra installation steps associated with traditional wallpaper. Cutting decorating time in half, a special backing paper allows the paste to

go straight on the wall so there is no need for a pasting table and the wallpaper is easier to cut because it hangs dry from the roll. Six of the wallpapers are paintable, featuring a raised pattern that gives homeowners a custom look and an alternative to replacing drywall or paneled walls.

“Graham & Brown’s innovative printing techniques, love of design and commitment to sustainability make for an exciting partnership,” says Penne Cairoli, president, Laura Ashley (Americas). “Their craftsmanship paired with Laura Ashley’s heritage prints offer customers a fresh take on traditional design.”

“The Laura Ashley brand is an iconic British Brand and shares so much of the Graham & Brown ethos and approach to making quality, design-led products,” says Alan Kemp, head of brand, Graham & Brown.  “Our partnership has been thoroughly rewarding and seen heritage prints available on “paste the wall” for the first time whilst utilizing the latest print techniques available.”
