WWE Smacks Down into Turkey

Sinerji Reklam has signed to represent World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) in Turkey. "WWE SmackDown," which features the biggest bouts, started showing on Fox Turkey at the beginning of March.

"Wrestling has been a Turkish national sport since the 1600s and it has long been our aim to create a licensing and retail program in Turkey," says Ross Walker, WWE director of international consumer products. "The huge viewing figures demonstrate the appetite for WWE in Turkey and this, allied to Sinerji's expertise and proven track record, ensures that a long-term, sustainable business is very achievable."
