Gregory Battersby, co-founder of Grimes & Battersby, will be inducted into LIMA's Murray Altchuler Licensing Industry Hall of Fame.

Battersby will be honored at the annual LIMA opening night awards party at the Licensing International Expo on June 2 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. His career spans intellectual property law, in which he has worked on thousands of licensing deals and has written more than 25 books, including Licensing Royalty Rates and Licensing Desk Book.  Battersby, LIMA's general counsel since 1995, has also been on the organization's executive committee, as well as chairman of its education committee for 10 years.

"Greg Battersby is a true pioneer and a leader in the field of intellectual property law, and is known internationally as one of the industry's foremost authorities," says Charles Riotto, LIMA president.
