ID: Investigation Discovery, a 24-hour forensics and investigation channel from Discovery Communications, has broadened its reach in Europe.

ID recently secured deals to air in Poland, Romania, Hungary and Greece later this month. The network, targeted to 25- to 54-year-olds, features crime and investigation programming such as "Call 911" and "The Shift."

"ID has become a key part of the Discovery Networks' portfolio, enabling us to extend our diverse offering of quality channels and attract new viewers," says Arthur Bastings, executive vice president and managing director for Discovery Networks EMEA. "This, alongside five years of proven audience growth across our brands, stands as testament to the strength of our product."

ID debuted in the U.K. this past January and in the U.S. in January 2008.
