Most recently, as the chief growth officer of SheaMoisture, he helped grow the business by close to 50% in 12 months leading to the company being acquired by Unilever for close to $1 billion dollars.  

Bough will dive deep into areas such as branding, retail, licensing, merchandising and e-commerce, drawing from his experience as one of the most-awarded marketing executives in the world.
