France Awards have been revealed in front of the licensing community gathered for the occasion during the closing ceremony of the inaugural
France Licensing Day & Licensing International Awards
. The ceremony was hosted by Christophe Drevet, managing director, French Toy and Childcare Manufacturers Association (FJP) along with Florence Ayem and Laurent Taieb, co-presidents, Licensing International France. The event was attended by over 300 participants.
The YPN committee (Young Professionals Network) rewarded Clemence Oliviero (Bandai Namco Europe) as winner of the Rising Star category in France.
In total, 150 submissions were received for this fifth edition of the awards, an increase of 15% over last year, demonstrating the dynamism and adaptability of the licensing industry despite this troubled period. The jury was composed of professionals representing all areas of the licensing industry.

Earlier in the day, Lugdivine Mambert, commercial manager, Primark France, and Ali Sana, lead retail sales, e-commerce and marketing, The Walt Disney Company, took to the stage with Matthieu Battini, account and business development director, EMEA, Global Licensing Group, for the day’s keynote, Primark and Disney in Conversation, A Decade of Success with a Centenary Brand. The pair discussed how leveraging well-loved brands can drive in-store footfall, create memorable customer experiences and deliver commercial goals.
