The categories are:
Product Awards – for ranges of licensed products
Retailer Awards – for retailers of licensed merchandise
Licensed Retail Marketing Initiative – for a specific marketing campaign run by a U.K. retailer to support a licensed range or product
Property Awards – for specific licensed properties
Licensed Promotions Campaign – for a specific licensing marketing promotion
Honorary Achievement Award – for an individual’s outstanding contribution to the industry.
This year, a new category has been introduced to the property section, Best Gaming Licensed Property.
The LIMA Rising Star Award will be affiliated with The Licensing Awards 2019 for the fourth year.
Brand Licensing Europe is the show sponsor, while the awards are officially supported by LIMA.

The closing date for entering the licensed product awards categories is May 31. An extensive panel of retail buyers will judge these entries from leading high street names.
Online and downloadable nomination forms for the Retailer Awards, Property Awards, Licensed Retail Marketing Initiative, Licensed Promotions Campaign and Honorary Achievement Award are also now available via the website.
Entry for the Licensed Property Awards is online only, and the deadline is June 28. The deadline for submissions for the LIMA U.K. Rising Star Award is June 12 and open to all individuals under 30 years old working in the industry.
Tickets and tables are also now on sale for The Licensing Awards 2019, which takes place in The Great Room in The Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Sept. 10.
