In an effort to help Italian companies broaden their business, the Bologna Licensing Trade Fair has launched Licensing Prospect Day, a networking event that aims to introduce Italian manufacturing companies to the licensing world.

The event will take place March 31 as part of the Bologna Licensing Trade Fair and is being organized in partnership with the Italian magazine Largo Consumo.

Close to 20 companies active in different product sectors (fashion, accessories, food and more) have signed on to participate in the daylong series of meetings featuring the managers of about 50 companies exhibiting at BLTF.

Preparations for the eighth BLTF are also in full swing with plans for a new BLTF Masterclass, a day dedicated to companies that have recently entered the world of licensing, and the Licensing Retail Day, which will feature the chance for exhibitors and Italian and international retailers to connect. Additionally, this year's show will feature an International Lounge designed specifically companies that do not currently have a branch in Italy and the Fashion & Brands Business Area will be expanded and renovated.

BLTF is organized by BolognaFiere and take place from March 30 to April 1 at the Bologna Fiere Fair Ground alongside the Bologna Children’s Book Fair and a new event focused on digital and multimedia content, Media All Rights.
