With more than 35 new and returning titles, the two-hour event offered fans a sneak peek at Funimation’s biggest season while delivering something for every anime fan.
Funimation is exhibiting at Festival of Licensing, the month-long virtual celebration of the global licensing industry, which takes place online Oct. 6-29. It’s free to register and attend via

Streaming media highlights of the announcement include:
“Suppose a Kid from the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town?” is coming to Funimation January 2021;
Funimation is dubbing “Black Clover” season four this Fall;
A dubbed version of “One Piece” season ten, voyage four, dub will be available on Microsoft and PSN Digital Storefronts for download on Oct. 27; and
A dubbed version of “Goblin Slayer: Goblin’s Crown” will stream on Funimation on Oct. 30;
More anime from VIZ Media’s catalog is also coming to Funimation such as “Death Note,” “Ranma 1/2,” “One Punch Man” season one (sub only), “Naruto the Movie: Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow,” “Naruto the Movie: Legend of the Stone of Gelel” and “Naruto the Movie: Guardians of the Crescent Moon Kingdom;”
Funimation will debut co-viewing watch parties this fall as well. Titles available for watch parties include:
“The Irregular at Magic High School: Visitor Arc;”
“Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World;”
“KING’s RAID: Successors of the Will;”
“Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon;”
“The Day I Became a God;”
“Talentless Nana;”
“Ikebukuro West Gate Park;”

“Adachi and Shimamura.”
Items coming to the Funimation shop include:
Baby Deku Figure, which is available in the Funimation Shop on Oct. 5;
“Cautious Hero: The Hero Is Overpowered but Overly Cautious” LE with an English and Japanese drama CD, an 80-page art book with an exclusive manga, a lenticular art card and three filmstrip bookmarks are available for pre-order now and releases on Nov. 10;
“Dr. STONE” season one part two LE includes a 152-page art book, three character keychains, exclusive art cards and stickers is available for pre-order now and releases on Dec. 1;
“Violet Evergarden” Complete Series LE includes a 200-page art book, four art cards and sticker sheet is available for pre-order now and releases on Dec. 8; and
“AKIRA” 4K LE includes a 40-page booklet complete with interviews, the “AKIRA” timeline and exclusive essays analyzing the film is available for pre-order now and releases on Dec. 22.
