Flowhaven has announced 200 percent growth in the U.S. market since the start of 2020. Amid an uncertain year, the company has maintained a 100 percent customer retention rate. New partnerships during this unprecedented period include small and large enterprises, Fortune 100 accounts and several of the Top 150 Global Licensors. New clients come from across all the world’s biggest licensing markets: Europe, North America and Asia.
“Looking back, 2019 was an overall success; our SaaS sales grew over 300 percent globally,” says Kalle Törmä, chief executive officer and founder, Flowhaven. “We have been extremely fortunate in 2020, despite the current global challenges through COVID-19. It’s a true testament to the premiere talent on our team, unparalleled product and the outstanding customers whom we get to work with. Our mission is fueled by best in class customer service, product experience and we are on track to exceed last year’s numbers with healthy month over month growth.”
From several new signings, the company also has revealed partnerships with Semaphore Brand Solutions, Surge Licensing and Collaborations Licensing to enhance each company’s ability to manage the full scope of their licensing business. Each new partnership underscores the company's commitment to its vision of creating a licensing ecosystem with instant collaboration between partners.
Flowhaven also launched a completely refreshed user-interface. The enhancements were inspired by several years of hands-on experience as licensing experts, end-user feedback from customers and thorough market research. Updates include a dynamic agreement creation wizard which was designed to craft even the most complex licensing agreements easily.
New mass SKU validation actions have been added as well, to compliment the product suite’s existing royalty management tools and make revenue recognition faster than ever before. The new interface also comes with a dark-mode option, a popular design feature that reduces eye strain and supports busy professionals’ changing work environments.
Kalle Törmä, chief executive officer, Flowhaven will be speaking at Licensing Leadership Summit, a part of the Festival of Licensing. Click here to register.
