Licensing Expo, the world’s largest licensing industry event, has revealed a number of new companies and leading brands that have joined its lineup of new exhibitors for the 2017 show.

Sponsored by the International Licensing Industry Merchandisers’ Association, the Expo takes place May 23-25 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nev.

“We’re delighted to be debuting so many new exhibitors this year,” says Jessica Blue, senior vice president, licensing, UBM. “There is a great diversity of brands that will join for the first time–from toy brands to fashion, housewares and digital, there will be many new licensing opportunities for attendees to explore.”

This year, more than 140 new exhibitors will join the 2017 roster at Licensing Expo including: Atlantyca Entertainment, Ben Cooper Halloween Costumes, BuzzFeed, Coca-Cola Licensing, Dark Horse Comics, Diane Packer Studio, Earthbound Brands, Edutainment Licensing, FAO Schwarz, French Bull, Funko, Hang Ten, John Wayne Enterprises, Level-5 abby, Line Friends, Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, Scott Living/The Scott Brothers, San Diego Zoo Global and Vooz Co., among many others.

“Drew and I are truly thrilled to be hosting our inaugural booth at Licensing Expo,” says Jonathan Scott, co-founder, Scott Living and The Scott Brothers. “With the rapid growth of our expanding home goods brand, as well as our lifestyle brand, this is the perfect opportunity to establish new licensee and collaboration partnerships.

“With Scott Living, we’re bringing our home expertise to a wide range of collections and over the next few years, we have plans to continue expanding into a variety of product categories that will no doubt enrich people’s home lives and bridge the gap to ‘dream home’ status,” continues Drew Scott, co-founder, Scott Living and The Scott Brothers.

Complementing the new exhibitors that have been recently added to the show, the Global Partner program is also prominently featured at the 2017 Expo. The Program was developed by UBM’s Global Licensing Group to thank its loyal customers for their participation in Licensing Expo and Brand Licensing Europe. Global Partner status is given when a company exhibits at both shows.

More than 80 companies participate in the Global Partner program including companies such as: Alchemy Licensing, Authentic Brands Group, BBC Worldwide, Beanstalk/Blueprint/Tinderbox, Cartoon Network, Creative Licensing Corporation, Discovery Consumer Products, Global Icons, King Features, “Masha and the Bear,” Mattel, NECA, Saban Brands, SEGA of America, Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products, Ty and Viz Media, among others.

“For the first time ever, BuzzFeed will be exhibiting at the Licensing Expo 2017, and we are excited to present BuzzFeed’s hit franchises and brands to attendees,” says Ben Kaufman, head, BuzzFeed Product Labs. “From our food video powerhouse Tasty, which has amassed over 30 billion video views and reaches 1 in 2 U.S. internet users every month, to our innovative brands including Nifty, Goodful, Top Knot and more, we are eager to partner and extend BuzzFeed’s portfolio of brands in the coming months.”
