Close to 50 companies from Italy and around the world will showcase more than 700 brands at the event including new exhibitors Mattel, The Licensing Company, Smiley, Pokémon, Fashion U.K. and Method Animation. Big name licensors such as Universal, Twentieth Century Fox and DreamWorks will have a presence through their Italian and European licensing agents, and brands such as Discovery, Lamborghini, Planeta Junior, Rainbow, Backstage Licensing, CPLG Italy and Atlantyca will return this year.
Among the events planned for the show is the Licensing Retail Day, the first-ever Licensing Prospect Day and Licensing Masterclass seminar series.
Licensing Retail Day, which will take place April 1, allows key retail players to network with licensing professionals. Last year's event saw more than 230 meetings between exhibitors and retailers.
