Voting is now open for the 2013 LIMA Licensing Excellence Awards, organized by the Licensing Industry Merchandisers’ Association.

LIMA members have until May 10 to choose the winners in 17 award categories, which will then be announced at the LIMA Opening Night Awards Ceremony on the first day of the Licensing Expo in Las Vegas, Nev., June 18.

Among the companies nominated this year are the Victoria & Albert Museum, Avon, the New Zealand Post, Mattel, Coca Cola, Topps, Warner Bros., theWalt Disney/Marvel Entertainment, and properties including The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Andy Warhol, Monster High, Hello Kitty and The Hunger Games.

“It’s been a very strong field of nominations this year with international representation, including three from the U.K. We are really excited for our entries, and very pleased that the [Victoria & Albert Museum] has been recognized with a third nomination in a row,” says Kelvyn Gardner, managing director, LIMA U.K. “It’s now up to the LIMA membership to vote on their favorites, so please make your voice heard. Don’t miss the chance to vote and recognize the great work of all these companies.”
