Animation studio adds “Dragon Ball” licensees to roster.

Toei Animation has secured a raft of licensees in the back-to-school category its “Dragon Ball” series in Latin America.

New licensees include Art Bag in Brazil, Grupo Yadatex and Carvajal Educacion in Mexico, Pronobel and Corporacion de Industrias in Chile and Anthaix and Continental in Peru. Toei has also closed a deal with Importadora y Exportadora Rosen for back-to-school supplies across all of Central America and the Caribbean.

New back-to-school products will include branded backpacks, pencil cases, lunch bags, wire notebooks, stapled notebooks, folders, sketchbooks and more. Licensees will distribute the new products across mass retailers, mid-tier stores, supermarkets, wholesalers and department stores in their respective countries.
