Skechers Entertainment announced that it will launch its animated musical direct-to-DVD movie property “Twinkle Toes” at MIP-TV. The DVD will hit stores in September.

Twinkle Toes is the story of a 14-year-old dancer with stage fright that makes it impossible for her to dance in front of anyone but her pet bunny, Walter.

“Twinkle Toes has a spirit and positive energy that is universal and will appeal to a global audience,” says Kristen Van Cott, senior vice president of creative development for Skechers Entertainment. “We love this character and we have no doubt she’ll become an international fan favorite.”
