Brazilian licensing and brand extension agency Redibra is debuting RLab, a new incubator for projects in the Brazilian audiovisual market.

Redibra will extend comprehensive management, research on market trends retail activations, royalties and contracts monitoring.

"RLab will stimulate the transformation of traditional licensing into new business models through strategic curation and mentoring that will empower new players and their products,”says David Diesendruck, founder Redibra. The movement is in line with other institutions that invest in startups and disruptive ideas.”

The incubator’s first project, “Boris & Rufus,” is currently airing on Disney XD across Latin America.

"The partnership is extremely important because it will bring to our IP end-to-end management with the expertise that only Redibra can offer, increasing the visibility of our characters and contributing to the appreciation of the audiovisual content produced in Brazil," says Filipe Cargnin, creator, “Boris & Rufus.”

Brands currently under license by Redibra include Chevrolet, Capricho, The Simpsons, Super Mario Bros., Galinha Pintadinha, Show da Luna and Coca-Cola
