Precious Moments Inc. has created two new positions that promote long-time licensing PMI executives.

Patrice Paglia has been named vice president, licensing, effective immediately. Paglia will oversee the global licensing business for the Precious Moments brand and manage co-branding programs for the core gift program. Paglia will additionally oversee retail development and direct-to-retail opportunities.

“Patrice is a highly regarded strategic thinker, with a track record in identifying new business opportunities and delivering successful results since joining Precious Moments last year. She has recently brought in numerous key Licensees to Precious Moments,” says Steve Kosmalski, chief executive officer, PMI.

Additionally, Peggy Pak has been named vice president, creative. Pak will oversee the creative department and product development.

“Between them, these two highly talented executives will be vital to the continuing success of the Precious Moments Family of Brands,” says Kosmalski. “We are extremely pleased to have them on our executive team.”
