Apparel, greeting cards and more will feature "The Brilliant World of Tom Gates."

TG Entertainment and its agent, The Point.1888, have signed four new licensee partners for the Sky Kids' TV series, "The Brilliant World of Tom Gates," based on the children's book series written and illustrated by Liz Pichon. 

The new licensees secured for "Tom Gates" include:

  • Poetic Brands, a specialist clothing manufacturer, for daywear; 

  • BB Designs, experts in licensed gift and stationery, for a back-to-school and stationery range; 

  • Woodmansterne, a British design and print house, for greetings cards; and 

  • Aykroyds & Sons, leading manufacturers and distributors of licensed nightwear and swimwear, for nightwear.

"The incredible feedback to the new Sky Kids television series shows how eager young fans are to engage with Tom Gates as he moves from page to screen to shelf," says Liz Keynes, commercial director, TG Entertainment." The best-in-class partners The Point.1888 has lined up to launch at retail later this year have developed some epic first product ranges featuring Tom's distinctive hand-drawn style."

Products are expected to launch in stores this summer.
