The toy company has picked up the worldwide license to Walkie Chalk.
Through the acquisition of Kid O Toys, Play Monster will broaden its portfolio of developmental products.
Founded in 2004 Kid O Toys has grown form a small New York City retail shop into an international manufacture with distribution in over 35 countries.
Additionally, Play Monster has secured the worldwide license for Walkie Chalk, a sidewalk chalk holder.
Play Monster now holds the rights to the three-part writing tool that aims to help children, adults and differently abled people enjoy drawing with chalk.
