For more than 35 years, J.A. Roth & Associates has specialized in helping manufacturers acquire licensing rights to global brands, which complements Perpetual Licensing’s burgeoning acquisitions division with the same objective. The merger was created to provide an increased level of service as well as enable clients of both firms to leverage a broader network of licensor relationships.
