Licensing International Expo has signed almost 250 exhibitors to date, more than 20 percent ahead of last’s pace, according to Liz Crawford, show director.

“The World’s Brand and Property Marketplace” will take place June 14 to 16 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.

The total number of new exhibitors signed up to date is 48 companies compared to 34 companies at this same time last year. “The pacing on this year’s event is really exciting,” reports Crawford. “We predict we’ll have a nice size increase in both exhibitor and attendee numbers once the show comes around in June.”

Among the new exhibitors are Brainy Baby, Fender Musical Instruments, Nerd Corp., Professional Bull Riders, Suitidea, and Wyland Worldwide.

In addition, many companies are also booking more space and expanding their presence on the exhibit floor, according to Crawford, including Endemol, Saban Brands, CBS Consumer Products, Kocca, Warner Bros. Consumer Products, Lucasfilm, and The Licensing Company.
