Brand Licensing Europe to serve as headline sponsor for the inaugural event.
The inaugural Brand & Lifestyle Licensing Awards, which will reward excellence in brand licensed merchandise, IP management and retail execution, are now open for entries.
The awards are being launched by Max Publishing, which also puts on the U.K. Licensing Awards, with Brand Licensing Europe named as the headline sponsor of the event.
“We are delighted to be the headline sponsor of these inaugural awards, especially as they reflect our commitment to this sector as testified by the growing Brands and Lifestyle section of our Brand Licensing Europe exhibition,” says Darren Brechin, event director, BLE.
The event is also supported by the International Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association and a slate of other top-tier sponsors including Beanstalk, Discovery Consumer Products, Hallett Retail, Start Licensing, Brands With Influence, Brand Licensing Select, Carte Blanche Group and IFL Science.
Submissions are now being accepted via an online form at BrandLicensingAwards.co.uk from through Feb. 3.
Following the submission period, a panel of industry experts will review the entries. The winners will be unveiled at an afternoon event at The Dorchester, Park Lane, London, April 20.
