MGA Entertainment joined Netflix, the White House and the Council on Women & Girls to bring attention to gender equality and STEAM-based learning.

On Wednesday, the White House-sponsored event “Helping Our Children Explore, Learn and Dream Without Limits: Breaking Down Gender Stereotypes in Media and Toys” gathered top children’s companies and brands, including MGA, that are working to close the gender gap, as well as companies that inspire children to embrace STEAM through invention-based learning.

MGA is supporting the initiative with its Project MC2 franchise, which encourages young girls to participate in STEAM-based learning.

Other companies joining MGA at the campaign include LEGO, Disney, Mattel, DC Comics, LittleBits and more.
