Jiggy George, Marici Ferreira, Laurent Taieb and Marina Semenikhina will all take on representative positions for the trade organization.
The International Licensing Industry Merchandisers’ Association is increasing its presence worldwide with the appointment of representatives in three growth-oriented markets: Brazil, France and Russia.
LIMA has also named Jiggy George as the new head of LIMA India.
New representative appointments include: Marici Ferreira for LIMA/ABRAL (Brazil), Laurent Taieb for LIMA France and Marina Semenikhina for LIMA Russia.
The new representatives will better address the needs of LIMA members looking to expand into new markets, while also providing a full suite of licensing essentials and representation on a regional level.
“We recognize the importance of these markets for the global licensing community and by establishing on-the-ground presence we are able to better serve our membership,” says Charles Riotto, president, LIMA. “This is strategically in-line with our mission to foster the ongoing expansion of licensing around the world. Our industry continues to grow on a global scale, and LIMA is committed to providing best-in-class education, information and networking programs everywhere our members are and want to be.”
