C. Woodrow Browne, Alan Gordon and Peter Van Raalte have come together to form a new licensing company, Browne, Gordon and Van Raalte, otherwise known as BG&VR.

The company will focus on providing analysis, strategic planning and market solutions for new and established manufacturers, licensors, licensees and agencies.

We have managed licensing departments for major brands, acquired licenses, sourced, manufactured and sold licensed product to all retail channels. We know how to make success happen.”

The three executives have combined experience in toys, apparel, sporting goods, accessories, juvenile products, electronics and more. Entertainment, corporate and sports brands as well as publishing properties including

Cartoon Network, DC Comics, Arm & Hammer, Harley Davidson, Marvel, Madison Square Garden, NFL, MLB, NHL, Nickelodeon, Scholastic, Jeep and Chrysler have worked with the brains behind BG&VR.

BG&VR will attend the New York Toy Fair this month and Licensing Expo in May 2020.
