Each participating company receives benefits valued at more than $100,000 including:
Monthly mentoring meetings with industry leaders;
Enrollment in Coursework in Licensing Studies, an in-depth study of the business of licensing and the industry’s only training ground to become a Qualified Licensing Practitioner; and
One-year Licensing International membership, which includes consultation services, networking and matchmaking resources, access to exclusive research, business savings and more.
The Diversity & Inclusion Accelerator Program participants are:
Bedrock Collectibles (www.bedrockcollectibles.ca), a Toronto-based producer of statues and collectibles for pop-culture brands;
Holy Joe, a streetwear brand launched in 2018 by a brother-and-sister team based in Los Angeles and Mexico City;
Librex, a U.K.-based licensing agency that helps sports and fitness brands grow sustainably via brand extensions and strategic geographical expansion;
Park Star Media, a production company and creative studio based in Los Angeles and Seoul; and
Somos Arte, a Brooklyn-based production and creative services studio.
