The Small Business Global Grants Fund will provide $5,000 grants
in local currency to international small business employers. In the licensing field. Funds are aimed at helping create and maintain safe, healthy and sustainable work environments during the global COVID-19 pandemic.
The grants program is being funded by donations made to the Licensing International foundation. Companies wishing to contribute to the fund can do so through direct donations or by purchasing an ad for the2020 Licensing International Excellence Awards

Funds from the program will be available to small businesses in the brand licensing industry that employs between three and 20 people and have been harmed financially by the COVID-19 pandemic. Potential applicants interested in the program will be asked to submit:
- A short narrative explaining the impact of COVID-19 on their business and the steps that are being taken – or plan to be made – to mitigate that impact; and
- Financial statements from 2019 and the corresponding months in 2020 that shows a year-over-year influence on business.
Applications for grants are now being accepted on theLicensing International website.
