The brand marketing and licensing company is now trading on the NYSE American under the ticker symbol LEVB.

NORTH AMERICA–Level Brands, a brand marketing and licensing company supported by Kathy Ireland Worldwide, has closed its IPO of 2 million shares of common stock.

The IPO closed at a public offering price of $6 per share, for gross proceeds totaling $12 million, and the Level Brands common stock is now trading on the NYSE American under the ticker symbol LEVB.

Level Brands announced it would go public in August.
