Infinity Lifestyle Brands Forms Acquisition Company

The New York City-based company will identify and acquire investment opportunities in consumer product brands, retail labels and companies seeking growth or repositioning. Infinity FS Brands will be led by two managing partners; Ike S. Franco, co-chairman and principal of the Infinity Group, and Bradley W. Snyder, formerly of Gordon Brothers Group.

"Infinity FS Brands will seek to acquire majority or foothold equity interest in brands or intellectual property assets, leading such acquisitions independently or with joint-venture partners," says Snyder. "A key component of Infinity FS Brands' strategy will be to pair every acquisition with an ideally suited, high-performing brand management team."
