New acquisitions will allow WME/IMG to be a one-stop-shop for brands.

WME/IMG has acquired the marketing agencies Fusion Marketing and IMG Live.

The IMG Live and Fusion teams will now be part of WME/IMG’s Global Partnerships group, which guides brand’s on brand strategy and activation sponsorships and endorsements, research and insights, creative, design, public relations, and digital and original content.

The acquisition will also now enable WME /IMG to offer brands a one-stop-shop from concept to delivery.

The two agencies will now work with brands such as Anheuser Bush InBev, The Coca-Cola Company, DirecTV, Marriott and Purina, among others.

This acquisition follows a number of other WME/IMG strategic investments and acquisitions in the past year including The Wall Group, Professional Bull Riders, The Miss Universe Organization and more.
